Antoy Grant takes trip to Depaz Energie Fitness Center and talks with owner Jonathan DePaz, a nationally ranked figure skater, professional ice skater, that gained recognition and fame in the fitness industry as a celebrity trainer, as well as one of the most sought after aerobics instructors in group exercise. Jonathan combined his background in ice skating, boxing, martial arts to develop his own style of fitness training.
Antoy Grant visits with Melany Cohen a certified hypnotherapist, neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, facilitator of therapeutic imagery, licensed attorney and owner of Hypnoswitch, a Santa Monica, CA based private practice. Melany educates us on hypnotherapy and how it can be used to quickly and effectively resolve personal issues, and improve various aspects of our lives in a long lasting way.
Kids Are 1st is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to protect children and educate families through our ID program, child passenger safety seat checks, and teen impairment, distracted driving tasks, that we conduct at our safety and health Events. Kids Are 1st is working hard to reduce the number of injuries and deaths attributed to motor vehicle crashes, abductions and other sources of potential harm in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
